We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the details of your enquiry. Where an engagement proceeds, we also hold the material needed to carry it out, such as system documentation, licence records and correspondence.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver consultancy work, keep records of the services provided, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only with suppliers who help us operate the business, such as email and accounting providers, and only to the extent needed. We do not pass client information to software vendors for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for twelve months. Records relating to completed engagements are kept for six years to satisfy accounting and contractual requirements.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we do not have a legal reason to keep it. Requests can be made using the contact details above.

We do not copy client material to personal storage, and we do not retain material after the engagement unless a legal or contractual reason requires it.
