Each engagement is priced before it starts. The figures below are one-off amounts in pounds sterling, not subscriptions. If a review points to further work, the cost of that work is agreed separately.

A short session to walk through the recommendations is included in the review price.
Further sessions
Additional implementation sessions are charged at £45 each, agreed in advance.
No minimum term
Nothing here is a subscription. There is no retainer and no notice period.

What the figures do and do not include
Review prices are one-off amounts for a defined piece of work, confirmed in writing before it starts. They are quoted in pounds sterling, and they do not change unless the scope changes — and any change is agreed with you first.
Included in the price
- The discovery call and any follow-up questions needed to complete the work
- The written output: report, comparison table, process map or action list
- A short session to walk through the findings and answer questions
- Working files produced during the engagement, handed over at the end
Not included
- Software licences, subscriptions, hardware and any third-party charges
- Work outside the agreed scope, quoted separately before it begins
- Travel and accommodation for on-site work, agreed in advance
- Further implementation sessions, booked as needed and charged separately
Where a review is cancelled more than 48 hours before the discovery call, no charge is made. Full terms, including cancellation and refund arrangements, are set out on the terms page.
