What we are for
To make technology decisions explicable. When you know what each tool costs, what it does and who relies on it, most of the difficult decisions become straightforward.
How we work
Four commitments shape every engagement, whether it is a single review or a longer piece of work.
Written outputs
Every engagement ends with something written — a report, a comparison, a plan or handover notes. You keep it either way.
No vendor tie
We hold no reseller agreements and accept no commission. If nothing needs to change, that is what we will tell you.
Fixed scope
The review is priced before it starts. If the scope changes, the new figure is agreed with you first.
Plain language
Recommendations are written for the person who has to act on them, not for another technical reader.
How we are organised
Work is delivered by advisors who each cover a defined area, so you always know who is responsible for which part of an engagement.

Our approach
Devicon Ltd
Start with a written technology review
Tell us what is not working and we will confirm whether a review is the right first step, and what it will cost, before any work begins.
Where the work is carried out
Engagements are delivered remotely across the United Kingdom, with on-site visits where the work genuinely calls for them. Remotely delivered work is scheduled around a fixed call, with documents exchanged in between.

We are a small practice and take on a limited number of engagements at a time, so work is scheduled and completed rather than queued behind other commitments.
